OFFICIAL RULES - Gratitude Gear LLC Monthly Giveaway

Giveaway Period: Giveaway periods and specific entry deadlines are posted on each monthly entry page. Winners are typically drawn on the last day of each month.

1. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States (including District of Columbia), United Kingdom, European Union member states, and Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the entry page posted for each monthly giveaway during the applicable Giveaway Period and submit your email address through the entry form. By entering, you agree to subscribe to Sponsor's email newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time after entry by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per monthly giveaway. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.
3. PRIZE
Prize details and approximate retail value (ARV) are specified on each monthly entry page. Prizes typically have an ARV up to $599 USD.
Sponsor will cover up to $30 USD in shipping costs. If actual shipping costs exceed $30 USD, winner will be responsible for paying the difference or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will be shipped to winner's verified address as soon as available after winner confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on product availability and vendor shipping speeds. Winner will be notified of any delays due to backorder or availability issues.
Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more may receive IRS Form 1099-MISC and are responsible for reporting prize value as income. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Note for EU residents: By entering, EU residents acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and consent to the international transfer of their data to the United States for the purpose of prize fulfillment.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing date and time are specified on each monthly entry page. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry. Potential winner must respond to notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the time the notification email is sent to claim prize. Winners should check spam/junk folders for notification emails. If potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected using the same process. Alternate winners will also have twenty-four (24) hours to respond.
Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize.
Sponsor may announce winners via email newsletter, YouTube channel, or other social media platforms.
5. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each monthly Giveaway Period.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering and/or accepting a prize, participants agree to hold Sponsor, Bambu Lab, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless for any injury, damages, or losses to person or property resulting from participation in this giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.techandespresso.com/privacypolicy. By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails from Sponsor. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email.
8. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, by entering, participants agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of the State of Utah located in Salt Lake County. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; or for any computer, online, software, telephone, hardware, or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to emails being caught in spam filters. If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway.
10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be announced via Sponsor's email newsletter and may be announced on Sponsor's YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_VEo4EW9xoPPc4ZVmy4X7A.
