A Free Tool That Helps With Sketches

A startup called Hestus created a tool called Sketch Helper.

It acts like an assistant while you sketch in Fusion 360 and suggests things like:

• Horizontal and vertical constraints

• Dimensions

• Symmetry

• Tangency

• Mirror operations

Instead of adding everything manually, you can accept suggestions as you go.

The goal is simple:

Clean up sketches faster so you can move on to modeling and 3D printing.

How to Install It

1. Go to hestus.co

2. Click Try for Free

3. Download for Mac or Windows

4. Install and restart Fusion 360

You should see a large H icon in the Design toolbar.

Start a sketch and Sketch Helper will begin suggesting improvements.
